Last night between 11 & 11:30,  I had the opportunity to take photos of the Northern Lites. I took them from inside (excuse the 2 wires in the photos). They are not as fantastic as what you see up north but I’m sure not complaining.. they look pretty good to me. We have seen them higher up in the sky. When we see them with the naked eye they are white but in photos they are green to red. Camera settings: 30 seconds, F 5, ISO 800, 18mm lens. I’m going to have to try a higher ISO next time as I had to lighten them in photoshop again.
