This month we watched winter turn into spring. The perennials grew, the grass got green (I’ve mowed twice), many migrating birds stopped for a visit, some decided to stay, 2 owl chicks hatched, the killdeer are nesting in our lane way … and …. on May 20th winter came back dumping 6″+ of snow over everything. Typical May long weekend weather.

Your photos always amaze me! Can’t believe the amount of snow you had this morning. We only had about 1cm and it’s melting but still blowing snow.
