Lots of opportunities to take wildlife photos, especially with all the new life. There are more fawns than in past years. Our Great Horned Owls had 2 Owlets again. Hector, our Yellow Bellied Marmot is still with us, his 5th summer. We went to Newfoundland this past June so decided to add the Moose and Caribou we saw there. I forgot about the puffins. A little early for them but we did see a few.

Fabulous photos as usual Marlene. How exciting that you went to NFLD. Do you recommend it? I haven’t been to NFLD or Yukon in Canada. I’m now at my humble cottage in Gimli, MB. for summer. 34 C here today after an incredibly COLD June!! Very grateful I can still drive the 15 hours solo across the prairies. Hope this finds you and Walde keeping well. It’s all about our health these days as it dictates whatever we can or cannot do! love, Lorraine
Lovely photos. You take beautiful shots. We really enjoy seeing your wildlife. We still have the occasional pair of Ruby-throated Hummingbirds, American Goldfinches, mix of sparrows, Mourning Doves, American Robins, and the odd Northern Flicker. Our berries from the Serviceberry tree didn’t last too long with both the Robins & Cedar Waxwings enjoying their feast. Larry sighted a Red Fox the other day and most mornings he also sees the bunnies/rabbits. People here have also seen Coyotes around. Love Viv
