Waldy put a new lens on his drone camera so now the photos/movies are no longer distorted with the fish-eye effect. We like the photos much better this way.You can barely see the mountains in the background.
Our Great Horned Owls have chosen to nest where they did a couple of years ago. I took this photo thru the telescope with my tablet. You can just see her facing with her eyes closed in the center of the photo.

WOW! What an amazing 12 acres you have. And of course you’ve done much to improve it over the years too!! So cool that Waldy has a drone.
ENJOY.

What a lovely view and so different from the summer. You’ll have to send more for each season.
Afternoon & I hope this gets through. Yep it is been a packing afternoon so far seeing as I wasn’t needed to work. I don’t know if I’d already mentioned it but there was a DND contract that I had just got 3 weeks into when for budget reasons they decided to cancel and have their staff use their own cars, that is all well&good for those that don’t use public transit but not so good for the rest. Wasn’t going to go to Punta Cana with the other couples but this came along at the right time and we will go so not all bad. Been on the plus side for over a week now and the snow is all but gone, I’ve tapped maples for wine making and they have ran pretty good. Minus temps are back starting tonight so the sap will shut down, I expect it will run again so the syrup season has to wait. Your pics were very good, I like the one that Waldi did. Wish I had the knack. I have a few 35mm that I can’t part with&there is a digital so I’m slowly joining the times. Just had to toss out one of the cameras, it wouldn’t advance the film. Well that is about it, hope you are both well and enjoying life, that is what we have to do. Dave
