Barry, Leona and I took advantage of a nice day to check out Cameron Lake. It’s finally open after all the renovations they did. They expanded the parking lot, put up new toilet facilities and interpretive building, and redid the dock area. It looks very nice, especially all the landscaping. They did remove a lot of trees to expand the parking area but put back some new ones.
We paddled all the way across the lake to the other side and back. We saw a Marmot there, and 2 bears on our way out of Waterton as we were leaving. You can view more photos by clicking here.

Fabulous photos! Makes me want to get out on some water and kayak in our beautiful country! OH CANADA!!
Lovely scenic shots – still a bit of snow along the shoreline. The renovations look really nice. They did a great job.
