Up to now, our winter has been pretty decent. This week (January 14th) we are paying for that with temperatures reaching below -20°c. This morning it was -30°c, wind chill -34c. How do the animals and birds keep warm??? The White Tail Deer come thru in herds, but this morning there are only 2 resting underneath the trees. The Great Horned Owls are active during dawn and dusk – we often hear them tooting. (Photos by Marlene & Waldy).
One Response to “Deep Freeze”
Lovely photos despite the cold temps. Keep warm.
