It’s been a joy watching our 3 owl chicks growing up and learning from their parents who are still feeding them. They are so comical to watch with their head bobbing and hops on the ground. The Killdeer have long hatched and gone on their way. I’m pretty sure there is a Dove nest but I haven’t found it yet as we’ve had 2 Dove’s here for quite awhile. We have one Deer hanging around with her little fawn. We think a skunk got the Duck eggs that were underneath our livingroom window as we got him on the wildlife camera and mum leaving for the last time.

Thank you for sharing with us again. The fawn is cute as are the young owl chicks. It’s too bad about the duck’s eggs. I’m glad the Kildeer finally got her new family hatched. I haven’t seen any Eurasian Collared Doves here though I know they are around.
Oh those owls are the most amazing to me today…with those big eyes! Must be so uplifting to watch all these birds and animals enjoying your property! I’m looking forward to going to my little cottage in Manitoba so that I can enjoy more birds and animals…..not much here around my condo that’s for sure.
